The portion of the press release "enhancing shareholder value for both current and prospective investors" caught my attention as a former shareholder of the company. I think the company should merge, sell out or at minimum get a new name. I would never buy any stock named LEAP; too many bad memories associated with that name. That name has no credibility and thus no future.
