Clarke has the decency to apologize to the 9-11 victims families. Why didn't Rice and Bush when they had the chance? They were the ones who ignored many warnings, including warnings from Clarke. Reagan and Kennedy both apologized for their failures. Bush is too arrogant to ever apologize. Clinton tried several times to kill Osama (300 million bucks worth of cruise missiles and more) and was the one who ordered the Al Qaida task force in the first place. Bush disbanded it. Bush took the FBI off the Saudis, some of whom were involved with 9-11.
