DOCUMENTARIES:

I ran a documentary series last summer and fall. We showed most of what you see listed below. I would encourage people to check out some of these DVDs. Most are outstanding, some are more fun than others.

For sheer audacity and good humor, I recommend "The Yesmen".

For a grand overview of America as a resource hog about to get its commuppance for grotesque resource waste, "The End of Suburbia" tends to get audiences very nervous about who and what we are as Americans.

For well-deserved castigation of the corporate media that seems to be hellbent on hurting Americans by disinforming them, propagandizing them and infantilizing them, there are three DVDs that do an excellent job of explaining the media minefield we are crossing today. These DVDs are "Outfoxed", "Orwell Rolls In His Grave" and "Peace, Propaganda and the Promised Land".

These films are controversial. They will make you think. I highly recommend them.....
