biz.yahoo.com are they serious, they are giving us 45 cents ??? The buy out offer comes from a publicly-traded natural resources company involved in exploration and mining. Under the proposed offer, the structure of the post-acquisition company would include two key Centurion executives. Centurion's Chairman and CEO, Dale Paul, would serve as the merged company's Chief Executive Officer and Centurion's CFO, Arthur Johnson, would serve as a non-executive Director. Dale Paul is going to be the new CEO ???
