b-g, ARE YA HAPPY NOW?! assuming "the board" decides to take this offer [HA-HA-HA!] which makes Dale Paul CEO of the co., you AND I will have made a profit of just under 50%....SO....my question is... was it worth it?.... I was hoping for 75 cents & not a penny less, frankly, but a profit's a profit, etc....
