I seriously doubt that the shareholders would have any effect on whether the buyout would go through ... Paul said we have 5 billion of asset and using the 10% evaluation method, the company is worth 500 million, and he is selling out for less than 70 million, 15% of its value, geez ... I am sure I will buy in Paul's new company, we will have another wonderful opportunity to make some money again <ggg>
