They should try keeping their mouths shut for a while. Maybe that will work! "Coalition forces, foreign forces, are not going to repress that insurgency. We're going to create an environment that the Iraqi people and the Iraqi security forces can win against that insurgency." In other words - we know only how to create a problem; once we are done with that, our victims are expected to deal with it! Great! Rummy deserves a Nobel for this! :-)
