There is no productive use for money.
If there is, please tell me where.
There is a worldwide glut in production.
Stocks are insanely overpriced, and say what you like about treasuries I think 4% return is going to look dam good conpared to most equities.

Now add in the housing crash that everyone expects and tell me again why rates are going to rise.
