Talking to Colm King and he expressed ambiguity about the date. He's not sure if it's the 10 calendar or 10 business days because it was not expressly stated. Usually it's calendar days, but because it was not stated, an argument could be made for both. They've got all their stuff in, and he's expecting a decision this week if the defendants did the same. If they decided that 10 business days was the case, then they could submit on Wednesday and he thought there was a small possibility that it could be early next week for the decision.

However, he did say that if they get the decision he anticipates, then he is going to be releasing the results of their testing at the Oklahoma and Denver facilities and that within 30 days he will be sitting at the table with one if not all four pharma companies that he's mentioned previously in NRs. He says he's also got a very good idea what Tubercin is worth, and he's not interested in dealing with any Pharma firms that are looking to do some bottom feeding. Basically he's looking to maximize share value with a decent deal, and quickly from what I interpreted.

Good luck to all,
Myles
