I have followed this lawsuit, a little bit.

I was sued, in Utah Federal Court, for calling Golden Eagle a scam. It is now under two cents, from 30 at the time, has ceased production and cannot pay the bills.

There is a huge movement, down there in the USA, to silence critics by suing them. Not exactly what was intended when the First Amendment was adopted.

A whole bunch of GE shareholders cheered on the lawsuit until I had it dismissed and now most of those pumpers are now very negative about the company.

So if Mary made up lies why did you not prevail?

People should be able to have differences of opinion and not have to resort to silencing one's critics with slapp suits.

If the shoe fits, wear it!
