It's not just Rehnquist, they want to stack the courts with hard righters. They're hoping that Stevens and O'Connor say seeya as well.

THAT's stacking the courts. Bye-bye civil liberties. Hello christocracy. Between Diebold and the Courts, there needn't be another election anytime in the future.
