I do not engage in extramarital affairs. I would not, will not, and have not. Therefor the premise of your argument is irrelevant.

Perjury is not an acceptable practice for law enforcement officers of any grade. Would you condone the Chief Justice lying under oath? Would you like to go to court with a police officer who lied about you and you fictional offense?

There is a single standard for ethics. Loopholes and excuses are made by people who do not measure up.
