Most wealth has been sourced from RE, not stocks.
Most everyone in the area of your RE is building value
for you continuously, even while you sleep.

Most every Co in your stock sector is trying to take your
business and the co's outside try to get in if they see
your profits.

Peter Lynch examined his customers record from his funds,
they made little, buying at tops, etc.

Buy land in the path of growth, get it pd for pronto, then
wait 15-25 yrs. No work.

Or buy rentals when they are cash flow positive. Lot of work.

Either way, great tax breaks.

Stocks are not in the same league.

Of course now is no time for RE, as many are willing to overpay.
