Whereas the NP RAIN executive committee met and realizing we had no options or even head of the line passes to award thread members

Let it be known that henceforth all thread members who care to climb down the evolutionary ladder with us are hereby conferred instantaneous NPship upon using those illustrious letters with any name of their choosing and posting such on the thread.

Alternatively thread members not liking those particular letters are hereby empowered to use any other two letters of their choosing just as long as they are not consecutive and to attache whatever subjective value to those letters as grabs your fancy......Or not.

So be it,
