I believe your are correct. Further, with the balance of trade, it seems the US is paying for China to build it's Navy. I'm really curious to see what the Administration is going to do about the Chinese offer to buy Unocal. It's awkward. Business wants the deal to go through. There's a national security issue. I would imagine that if you did a poll, most Americans would oppose it [not that the Administration looks at polls <s>]. Unocal has a fiduciary responsibility to take the Chinese offer. Watching for how that plays out. jttmab
