I'm surprised to see no mention of Intergraph in the PDF. ( Though that was a patent suit INGR was pretty much put out of the PC market by Intel's behavior wrt X86 unfair business practices. )

It's going to be interesting.

The PDF is well worth reading. Front to back.

But Intel will claim "No basis in fact", stall for 5 years, settle without admitting guilt, and promise not to do the things it didn't do that weren't wrong anyway.

They will, however, pay a lot of $ IMO.
