Well, I for one read EVERY LINE of the 48 pages .. and enjoyed every minute of it.

Rather than stating the obvious ( already stated in the claim ), my guess is that AMD is also PUBLICISING to all the INDUSTRY OEMs AND MANUFACTURING PARTNERS what is really happening.

i.e. Intel gets ALL the profits - and nobody else !
They actually showed exactly this via a nice CHART !

So - I can just imagine those "partners" reading the CLAIM and thinking "Hey, that happened to me too" , and then reflecting on that Graph - showing how Intel has a "profit" monopoly on the whole industry ( someone here posted exactly this some 3-4 weeks ago ).
..and then calling AMD's lawyers : "Hey, y'want another witness ?"

Again, the PR effect is probably worth 500 mio$ at least in "saved" marketing costs !
