OK, then, should we, the US Government, be be giving Quran's to the prisoners, or Bibles or anything else of the sort to prisoners?

If the government handed out Bibles, and only Bibles, that would be a problem.

If you understand why it's not OK to hand out Bibles, and only Bibles, you can probably figure out the rest of the answer all by yourself.
