so if any of this complaint is true, don't you think that that behaviour if it happened is in fact illegal, even under US antitrust rules

No. Intel is extremely careful to always act withing the law.

AMD is a whiner looking for excuses.

I'm wondering if this will set off a series of countersuits? AMD has lied publicly about Intel and there may be a prices to pay for that. Who knows?
