Think we need to be very careful as to which insurgents we talk to. How do you talk to terrorists? How do you talk to purely anti-democratic forces like former baathists. That leaves nationalist not connected to the terrorists or the former regime folks in anything other than a tactical way. It is good to be talking to you again by the way, NeoLib.
