I never trusted these guys. Their story was tantalizing, but I don't believe in corporate honesty, least of all in Asia. I haven't done, any DD for a while on these guys, so this is just my gut feeling that most Chinese and Indian CEOs are closer to Dennis Kozlowski than Jack Welch.
