Ken, It's probably a matter of time before SOI joins the S&P 500. A business with $3 billion in sales in well established products certainly should qualify.

As far as <<a small drop in price>>, Solutia has announced a share buyback that should offset any selling by the funds.

Also, did you see that Morgan Stanley updated coverage from outperform to a strong buy on Solutia today?
