The truth is that I've become so consumed with "The Galactic Trader" software (reviewed this month in TASC) that I rarely trouble myself with DNNS anymore. I've linked the computer-controlled Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope we have on the roof of the air-traffic control tower with "The Galactic Trader," to ensure that my data is up to date and accurate. I find that an astrolabe is helpful, too, during power failures (we get a lot of them up in the control tower). I know some of you will scoff at the idea of astrology as a tool for market timing, but quite frankly, I've had phenomenal success. What worked for W.D. Gann, who apparently dabbled in astrology, is certainly good enough for me. I do find that sunspots throw the data off occasionally, but not significantly. I hope TASC ventures farther into the more experimental fields of TA soon and does an article on Madame Blavatsky and her occult trading techniques. The old TA indicators just don't work for me anymore. I need to know what the planetary price lines are, whether solar flares might singe my portfolio, what breathing techniques I can use to improve my real-time trading, etc. I hope some of these new TA methods can be discussed during NetMeetings. There's really no better medium for demonstrating breathing techniques. Any static might be an early indication of sunspots, too.
