I'm root'n for AMD in the anti-trust. But bear in mind I have a habit of root'n for the looser.

I'm ex-Getty/Texaco and was agin' Penzoil

I was root'in for Rossi in the Washington State Governor's election contest (where the trial judge actually ruled that Rossi had to show how each illegal vote was cast. Visit SoundPolitics.com if you can't believe it.)

I was appalled at last week's Kelo decision at USSC.

My recent AMD trades:
Since my buys at 15.35 on 4/18,4/19
Bought 1x at 14.91 4/21
Bought 2x at 14.88 5/11
Sold 2x at 15.38 near MA50 on 5/12 looking for a quick .50 retrace (didn't happen).
Sold 1x at 16.2 (MA200) on 5/20, no retract to rebuy.
Sold 2x at 17.9 on 6.22 (18.5 resistance held and decent bounce)
Sold 2x at 17.6 as the bottom fell out on 6/23.
still held 2x for Long Term.
Planned (hoped) to buy back at low 16's,
but surprising market bounce today and suit news made me
buy 4x at 17.02 around 10:30 this morning.

I'm still nervous about earnings, but the suit has the advantage of some free advertising. Filing the suit when you have a strong product line is better than when you have a weak one.
