What AMAZES me is that the media and certain leaders in the Democratic Party would SNATCH DEFEAT from the JAWS OF VICTORY, just as they did in NAM. I find this so disgusting I could spit. We are training Iraqi's as fast as possible, they are enlisting in droves to defend their country. Much of the country is relatively peaceful, schools, banks, courts all the things that make a country are operating. Water is running, electricity is available, oil is pumping, why is it the Media and others want to look at ONLY the negative mainly in Sunni provinces (4 of 18)?
The Iraqi's probably will be doing nearly all the fighting within 18 mos. maybe even sooner. But, I KNOW how those troops feel in the field reading all this BULLSHIT in the papers. And to them, I say, "I feel your pain". To the rest of you, I say, "go to hell" jdn |
