Well the trick will be to provide documentation of all this or multiple independent witnesses. Intel's strategy will be (as I see it) the following:

1. Deny it (the meeting ever) happened.
2. Deny the message that we communicated.
3. Deny any link between any documented "late payments" to any actions of support for AMD.
4. Nothing illegal was done.
5. It was an unauthorized act by a low level employee.

I think that the best case AMD can make is via multiple independent credible witnesses backed with multiple circumstantial documentation further backed by published CPU share reports with the specific mfgs. tied in to the above documentation/witnesses/late rebates from Intel.

It'll be interesting but credible witnesses will be key.
