"I expect that China will accelerate work on pebble bed reactors, if looks like it will be dificult to buy more petroleum based energy security." They should pump thier money into this and leapfrog that old era of burning dinosaurs. This shows the slants inability to make mental breakthroughs - oil is so last century. But they are still 2 centuries back with thier coal mines no?
