Gottfried et al,

I decided to cancel my Norton subscription and use the free Yahoo anti-virus, etc. but discovered a bit late that there was no firewall protection. I called India and talked to "Jack", who told me that I didn't need firewall protection....Hmmm.

Is Jack right? I turned on the Windows firewall protection, for what that's worth, even though Jack advised me against it.

Am I adequately protected? Should I install a firewall protector? Would that interfere with the Yahoo free stuff?

Thanks.
