Listened to the chimps speech, but I didn't hear anything new. Same old "Nine One One..Nine One One..Nine One One" in a quavering voice. No plan, just the same old crapola. Iraq IS the "war on terror". Expect things to continue to get worse in Iraq, until the chimp is FORCED to do SOMETHING by the American people's disgust. We're on our fourth attempt at a government in Iraq. Only 5% of the Insurgency are foreign fighters, according to General Abizaid. That means 95% of the insurgents are Iraqis attempting to drive us out for whatever reason. The chimp is a loser, as is his war.
