Yep, Bushies are skimming billions in war funds for sure. This is exactly what Kerry was trying to stop when he "voted against the 87 billion". He was just trying to put some accountability in the bill, to actually force Bushies to say wher the money was going. Millions of hoodwinked Americans blew it voting for Bush.
