Greedy batards: CV Therapeutics Files $55M Mixed Securities Shelf DOW JONES NEWSWIRES June 29, 2005 10:31 a.m. -- WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--CV Therapeutics Inc. (CVTX) filed to sell up to $55 million in mixed securities from time to time, according to a shelf filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. CV Therapeutics said the mixed securities include common and preferred stock, debt securities, equity warrants and debt warrants. The company didn't specify how it would use the net proceeds from the sale of the securities. No underwriters were listed in the filing. CV Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company.
