big difference in motivation between draftees and enlistees goes without saying. I am thinking that after iraq, it is going to be much harder to recruit and a draft will prove problematic after the iraq experience as well. Iraq has to be successful and not open ended but here i go again. There are so many folks who i consider Reaganites like my self who are adopting a more realistic view of iraq and yet on this thread i preach to empty pews. If i didnt have these conservative friends, many of whom have connections into the republican party I would commit myself to a mental illness facility. But they are out there and in private savage bush admin as well as any democrat. MIke
