I see no evidence that xnva BOD & mgmt attempted to maximize shareholder value - did they retain a banker to sell company in an auction; did they adequately staff mgmt with competent business development professionals that could develop appropriate collaborations; did they take action before running out of cash? Recognizing that the risks of investing in micro biotech are high, I'm pissed nonetheless.
