Legally, a monopoly or "trust" exists when an individual or firm can explicitly force competitors out of business by slashing prices, buying up and hoarding supplies, bribery or intimidation (Clayton Antitrust Act of 1914). I didn't know you were a lawyer. In fact, you didn't provide a link for your source, but it sounds like it was written by a journalist, and we all know how authoritative they are on any subject someone actually knows about. But now we've come full circle, because my original posting which you took issue with cited the Clayton Act: Message 21458199 You are pathologically argumentative.
