my rant about xnva was mainly venting - they did recently out-license some tech and other transactions. What's most irksome is selling to bottom feeder VC fund. Basically that's evidence of serious desperation. From my perspective, mgmt has been misleading stockholders - I am not aware of any info regarding the dire circumstances necessary to justify a VC deal. Like you suggest, gotta believe they could have merged with someone...stock deal would at least give some possiblty of future returns. Wonder how well mgmt team does in celtic buyout.
