FYI. Tropel makes lenses for ISI. It was owned by General Signal but bought by the President, John Bruning, when GS sold GCA and Tropel. Excellent lenses and company. ISI rose from GCA's ashes.

I'd be interested in your opinions about current 248 resists. (and 193 surface imaging resist progress) At least in the recent past DUV resist chemistry has played a critical role affecting I-line (with PSM, OPC, OAI) to DUV transgression.
