I bet wages of workers employed by homebuilders are going up, and did you know that experienced HVAC technicians make upwards of $40/h now ?

And what happens to them when housing stalls.
What happen to real estate commissions when housing stalls.

If lifestyles are based as if this goes on forever those people are going to all be in deep shit.
