Yup. More specifically, it is the acknowledgement HORUS is not feasible for K8. The concept has not been given up though. The current plan targets K10. Rich's move from Newisys to AMD in March gives hope K10 will have what it takes for HORUS to materialize. Unless a better idea is born in the meantime to scale the architecture, that is. :-)
