07:15 Smith Barney initiates CCU, ETM and WON with Buys

Smith Barney initiates CCU ($37 tgt), ETM ($39 tgt) and WON ($23.50 tgt) with Buys. For CCU, firm thinks the co is a "value play", with potential catalysts that could help to start closing the current valuation gap between the co and its peers, and against the more mature newspapers. For ETM, they believe the co is a top quality station operator with leading margins and a strong B/S, helping deliver 14% free cash flow growth in 2006. For WON, they think the co is the only pure play option to capitalize on the growing importance of content. As WON continues to diversify away from traditional radio by leveraging its content across multiplying distribution platforms, they think upside becomes possible. Firm also initiates BLC, CXR, ROIAK, UVN and EVC with Holds.
