MeriStar Hospitality to Hold Second-Quarter Earnings Call on August 3

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 2005--MeriStar Hospitality Corporation (NYSE:MHX), one of the nation's largest hotel real estate investment trusts (REIT), today announced that the company will release second-quarter financial results on Wednesday, August 3, 2005, before the market opening. Later that morning, management will hold a conference call to discuss those results.

The conference call will begin at 10 a.m. ET and will be hosted by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Paul Whetsell and Chief Financial Officer Donald Olinger.
