Milberg Weiss keeps contacting me with inquiries asking if I would like to sue various companies I have NOT bought stock in.

What is going on is that Milberg Weiss does not know if I do own stock in any of the companies they are preparing lawsuits against! This action, on their part, is a ‘fishing expedition’ where they are looking for ‘names’ to include in their lawsuits so it looks like they are really doing something good for the general public. In reality these lawyers are just doing good for themselves.

This action on their part has come about because I did join in on a lawsuit, years ago that netted me very little money back on my lost funds. The whole action wasn't worth me taking the time to fill in the required paperwork!
Of course Milberg Weiss lawyers made a ton of money for their trouble!

I am very skeptical about any action against Milberg Weiss or any other BIG law firm involved in the current lawsuit game against companies. The only people who really benefit are the lawyers, NOT the stockholders they claim to represent!
