Bob, this is sci-fi stuff which even though may be technically possible it won't work in reality because essentially the whole occupation is based on a lie that the average Iraqi wants Americans to stay in Iraq. When one finally realizes that the word 'insurgents" is a good thing and that its the average Iraqi, not terrorists, that the USA is attempting to fight then you will realize just how hopeless it is for the USA to remain in the area.
