Bubble markets are expensive for a reason. They're desirable places to live

You need to spend some time and check out some bubble markets in Florida from markets as varied as Miami to Daytona Beach. Downtown Miami and any neighborhood except South Beach and the Grove are the pits for a gringo like me (made even worse when they see my name and automatically assume I am one of them). Daytona Bch is white trash heaven personified. No jobs outside of Bike Week and NASCAR with pedophiles lining that beach hunting down runaway boys.
