Asser, by and for himself, hereby timely APPEALS, to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the following, June 2, 2005, Orders of the District Court:
• Dismissal with Prejudice of Plaintiff’s Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims against Defendants Philip R. Berber and Leslie M. Moor;
• Dismissal with Prejudice of Plaintiff’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Civil Conspiracy claims against all Defendants;
• Declaration that Plaintiff is a vexatious litigant and Injunction; and
• Decree that Plaintiff take nothing in his causes of action against Defendants Philip R. Berber and Leslie M. Moor.
