FACT: Cheney and Goss both said they know pretty much where Osama is, quoted in all the major media.

Almost meaningless fact. "Pretty much" knowing where he is doesn't mean you catch him I've already dealt with that argument. You seem to just want to repeat talking points rather then engage in discussion or debate.

FACT: Osama was reported by US intel to be trapped at Tora Bora, then we let him go.

Again point already answered.

FACT: The Bushes and Bin Laudens have long-standing friendships and business relationships

Meaningless fact. The bin Laden family is one of the biggest business families in Saudi Arabia. Ties to that family are not ties to OBL.

FACT: The CIA helped train and arm mujehdin like Osama during the 80's

"Like Osama" is vague, and depending on exactly what you mean by it might be inaccurate.

FACT: Bush's father was VP then and headed many secret ops as former head of the CIA

I doubt he headed secret ops as former head of the CIA. He would have been dealing with secret ops years before when he was current head of the CIA. In any case you provide no context and show no relevance.

FACT: Bush promised to nail Osama four years ago

He also said he would have budget surpluses.

"It's hard to make predictions, especially about the future."

- Yogi Berra

Fox News reports no current ops vs. Osama in progress.

To really have a current op against Osama we would have to know where he is. I suppose, you could call searching for him "an op against him", but if he is in the Pakistani border region it probably wouldn't be a good idea for us to conduct the search. Not only because of Pakistani sovereignty but because to really secure that area and effectively conduct a search you would need an army as large as what we have in Iraq, and it might take at least as many casualties. If doing so could totally eliminate Al-Qaeda and any groups connected to or inspired by them than it might be worth it but it wouldn't do that. While we move the force in, OBL would probably move again, and even if we did get him it probably would not prove to have been worth invading Pakistan.

Musharef denies Osama is in Pakistan (sort of)

What's that supposed to mean? You believe him and think OBL isn't in Pakistan? You think he is lying or mistaken and so OBL isn't in Pakistan.

Pointing out facts isn't developing a rational argument esp. when some of the statements are at least questionable as facts).

Even if one accepts all your statements as solid facts without any doubt and ignoring all ambiguity and uncertainty, it still doesn't add up to rational argument for the claim that Bush doesn't care about getting OBL, or that Bush doesn't want OBL to be captured.
