It's Bush's job to catch Osama and he promised to after 9-11.
Why hasn't he? Quit trying to blame it on Clinton. 9-11 happened on Bush's watch and he's had four years and total public support to get the job done. Why has he forgotten about Osama and tried to make us forget?
