Bush has not nailed Osama and is not trying to, hasn't been trying to in years. Ever since right after Tora Tora where he or his people let Osama go, intentionally or accidentially.

Explanation. Why hasn't Bush nailed Osama if as Cheney says "we know pretty much where he is"? Too difficult for Bush? Invading and occupying Iraq was easier. Don't think so.
