Thanks for your response, but I still have some related questions.

1. Can IBM provide an end to end solution in the Java market? If not, why? It seems that the article that I refer to says that IBM can and that IBM spent last year integrating Java into its hardware, operating system, etc.

2. You mention network society is going to emerge because of the network computing model. Network computing is in the technology realm while network society you refer to is in the business realm. Network computing is very likely to evolve, but I don't think network computing will imply a network business model that you are talking about, at least not in the near future. So what do think about IBM, HP and Sun? Are they mainly cooperating or competing?
