The FIRST mistake was trying to police the world. The US has shown over and over again that they misjudge situations and then they get involved and then everyone turns against them. Its like a couple fighting in a bar and then Mr Good Guy steps in the try to stop the fight and then they both start beating him up. Yes its like that.

Anyway it was none of the Americans business to get involved. If it were then why doesn't the USA depose the Saddam like tyrants in Equatorial Guinea or Rhodesia?
