In other words, God knocks at the heart of every human born into the world and invites reconciliation. If a remote Confuscian tribesman in the western provinces of China honestly responds to the knock and follows that light to seek the Lord, God will make a way for this tribesman to hear the good news about Christ's sacrifice for our reconciliation with our heavenly father. No one knows the full counsel of God or his every thought, but we do have his revelations in the inspired scriptures. Beyond these revelations, we can trust that God will alwqays act with love and justice. The end of the matter is simple: God sent his son into the world to reconcile man with God the father by offering himself as a sacrifice for the sins of the whole world . Man is free to either accept or reject this love offering that bridges the sin chasm that separates God and man. The nature of love demands this freedom to accept or reject.
